- Fennel
- 1 onion
- 1 potato
- The white of a leek
- 2 liters of chicken broth (of tablet if you want)
- 4 slices of smoked salmon
- 100 ml of liquid cream
- A little butter
- Salt
- Pepper
How to make cold fennel soup with smoked salmon:
- Finely chop all the vegetables and sauté them in butter.
- Season.
- Moisten with the chicken broth and continue cooking for 45 minutes.
