Ingredients to make Cold Cucumber Soup:
- For 4 people:
- 400 grams of potatoes
- 100 grams of butter
- 2 large cucumbers
- 1 ½ liters of chicken broth
- 2 grated onions
- 1 cup of mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon parsley and chopped chives
How to make Cold Cucumber Soup:
- Peel the cucumbers and potatoes and cut everything into small pieces.
- Heat the butter in a saucepan, sauté the onion, potatoes and cucumber, add the broth and cook until everything is well cooked.
