Ingredients to make Cold Avocado Soup:
- 1 lemon(s) its juice
- 300 gr ripe avocado(s)
- 2 3/4 cup(s) chicken broth
- 1 cup(s) cream
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) tequila
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) Tabasco sauce
- to taste pepper
- salt to taste
- 1 1/2 tablespoon(s) coriander finely chopped
How to make Cold Avocado Soup:
- Peel the avocados and remove the shell.
- Blend the pulp of the avocados.
- Add lemon juice and broth.
- Add the cream, tequila, Tabasco, salt and pepper.
- There should be a cream. If it is too thick add a little more broth.
- Refrigerate taking care not to change color.
- Garnish with chopped coriander.
