Ingredients to make Cod Soup:
- Half a kilo of sliced cod
- 4 clams
- 1 tofu
- 1 leek
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 70 grams of spinach
- 2 broth pills
- Salt
- Pepper
- pinch of paprika
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- Chili
How to make Cod Soup:
- Cut the cod into pieces clean the clams. Chop the tofu and the leek. Clean the spinach, boil 1.2 liters of water with the pills and the garlic. Add the cod, clams and tofu and boil again. Remove the foam.
- When opening the clams add the soy sauce, paprika, leek, and spinach.
- Season with salt and pepper and cook for 3 minutes.
- Garnish with chili.
