Ingredients to make Mushroom Soup:
- 500 grams of washed mushrooms
- 1 branch of Apazote
- 4 units of Tomato
- ½ unit of Onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 jet of oil
- 1 pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 unit of Chicken or vegetable concentrate
How to make Mushroom Soup:
- Grind the tomato, onion and garlic in a blender with a little water and a little salt. Then, this mixture is fried with oil to season.
- Separately, fry the mushrooms with a little oil until they soften. Add the tomato broth and season with salt, pepper and the chicken broth.
- Then, add water and chopped epazote. Let everything boil together and serve the mushroom soup hot with a few lemon slices.
