Ingredients to make light garlic soup:
- 20 roasted garlic cloves (remove the green shoot if they have it)
- 1 l (1000 cc) vegetable broth
- 2 slices of black lactal bread without crust
- 25 ml of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon sweet Spanish paprika
- fresh oregano leaves
How to make light garlic soup:
- In a blender place the garlic with ½ liter of broth and the breadcrumbs and blend at maximum speed.
- Add the rest of the broth and cook about 4 minutes.
- Add the oil, sweet paprika and pepper.
- Serve piping hot with a few fresh oregano leaves.
