Ingredients to make Carrot and Apple Salad:

- 1 unit of green apple
- 30 grams of Walnuts
- 1 handful of fresh spinach

- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of white sugar1
- 1 pinch of ground white pepper
- 1 pinch of fresh ginger
- 1 dessert spoon of lemon juice
How to make Carrot Apple Salad:
We gather all the ingredients to make the carrot and apple salad. First, we grate the peeled carrots with the help of a peeler. Peel the apple, cut it into squares and mix it with the carrot.
Chop the walnuts with the knife and mix them with the rest of the ingredients. This salad can also be made with raisins or dried cranberries.
