Ingredients to make Brown Rice Salad with Tuna:
- 2 cans of tuna in water
- 1 teaspoon of fresh parsley
- 1 white onion
- 80 grams of cooked peas
- 150 grams of cooked lentils
- 200 grams of cooked brown rice
- 1 can of sweet corn
- 1 cooked broccoli
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds or sesame seeds
- 1 avocado
- 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil or sesame seeds
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of fruit vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of honey
How to make Tuna Brown Rice Salad:
Before starting to make the recipe for brown rice and tuna salad, you must prepare the ingredients.
We must bear in mind that this salad should be eaten cold. Then, in a deep bowl add the cooked brown rice and the previously cooked lentils mix well so that the ingredients are integrated and well distributed throughout the preparation.
With the help of a kitchen grater, grate half the onion and add it to the bowl where we have the rice and lentils. Then add the baby corn, peas, and broccoli. Mix the ingredients well to continue with the preparation of the fresh salad. Ideally, broccoli should be added in small branches.
Mix the ingredients of the brown rice salad very well. Look at the photograph and notice how the food should be distributed.
To prepare the cold salad dressing, in a small bowl add the fruit vinegar, sesame oil, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and honey. Mix the ingredients very well and add the sesame or sesame seeds.
