Ingredients to make Broccoli and Tomato Salad:
- 1 unit of Broccoli
- 150 grams of cherry tomatoes
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 jet of olive oil
- 1 splash of Vinegar
How to make Broccoli Tomato Salad:
We gather all the ingredients to prepare the tomato broccoli salad. Cook the broccoli in plenty of boiling water with a pinch of salt. Let cook for 10-12 minutes. In a frying pan, fry the clove of garlic and the tomatoes cut in half. We add a little salt. Cut the broccoli into small trees and add the sautéed cherry tomatoes. We remove the garlic.
To serve the broccoli and tomato salad , we can add a little more salt if required, ground black pepper and a splash of white wine vinegar.
