Broccoli and Tomato Salad Recipe

Broccoli and tomato salad is a vegetarian recipe that provides us with many vitamins and nutrients. Broccoli is considered a “super food” for being a strong antioxidant, lowering cholesterol levels and being a source of fiber.  we teach you how to prepare this healthy salad with broccoli and cherry tomatoes.

Ingredients to make Broccoli and Tomato Salad:

  • 1 unit of Broccoli
  • 150 grams of cherry tomatoes
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 jet of olive oil
  • 1 splash of Vinegar

How to make Broccoli Tomato Salad:

We gather all the ingredients to prepare the tomato broccoli salad. Cook the broccoli in plenty of boiling water with a pinch of salt. Let cook for 10-12 minutes. In a frying pan, fry the clove of garlic and the tomatoes cut in half. We add a little salt. Cut the broccoli into small trees and add the sautéed cherry tomatoes. We remove the garlic.

To serve the broccoli and tomato salad , we can add a little more salt if required, ground black pepper and a splash of white wine vinegar.
