Arugula Salad with Strawberries Recipe

But if you want to give it a different touch, you can add a little aged cheese or raisins.

Ingredients to make Strawberry Arugula Salad:

  • 10 units of Strawberry
  • 200 grams of arugula
  • 2 dessert spoons of balsamic vinegar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of ground black pepper
  • 1 pinch of white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

How to make Strawberry Arugula Salad:

We gather all the ingredients to make the arugula salad with strawberries. Remember that this gourmet recipe is a perfect option for a special evening like Valentine’s dinner.

We season the arugula that we have previously washed and dried. We know that arugula is a slightly bitter ingredient. If it is not to your liking, you can replace it with fresh spinach or another lettuce that you like more.

Prepare a dressing with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, a little salt, a pinch of white sugar and a little ground black pepper.

We chop the strawberries. For this, it is necessary to wash them before hand and dry them well. We remove the part of the stem and cut into slices, as seen in the image. Macerate the strawberries for 4 minutes in the dressing that we have prepared. We mix the arugula with the strawberries and our salad to lose weight is ready.
