Ingredients to make Apple, Celery and Corn Salad:
- 400 grams of red apples cut into squares
- 300 grams of finely chopped celery
- 300 grams of cooked corn
- 1 gram black pepper
- 50 milliliters of lemon juice
How to make Apple, Celery and Corn Salad:
Peel the apples and cut them into small cubes. Separately, cut the celery very small and add these two ingredients to a salad bowl.
Mix them well and add the cooked corn and continue mixing. Add the lemon juice and keep stirring until integrated.
