When consuming beef, it is usually done with some carbohydrate such as potatoes or rice.  Well, in this recipe you will learn to make a salad with a wide variety of vegetables and very soft beef tenderloin, you will love it. Read on and cook this delicious beef salad.

Ingredients to make Beef Salad:

  • 150 grams of beef tenderloin
  • 80 grams of Mushrooms
  • 100 grams of Romaine lettuce
  • 80 grams of Tomato
  • 80 grams of Asparagus
  • 80 grams of Cucumber
  • 1 lemon unit
  • 1 tablespoon of Mustard
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of brown sugar
  • 1 pinch of pepper

How to make Beef Salad:

Before making this healthy salad, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready. In a pot of boiling water, cook the asparagus for 5 minutes.

Separately, in a frying pan with oil, cook the beef tenderloin previously seasoned on each side for 2 minutes. We must obtain a medium term and, once it is ready, let it rest for a few minutes and cut into thin slices.

In a bowl, mix the chopped lettuce leaves, the mushrooms cut into slices, the asparagus cut into small pieces, the tomato cut into strips without seeds and the cucumber cut into crescents without seeds.

For the vinaigrette mix the mustard, olive oil, lemon juice, brown sugar, salt and pepper.  You can also make vinaigrette with mustard and honey if you prefer.

Serve the healthy salad and on it the loin slices, cover with the mustard vinaigrette and, if desired, sprinkle sesame seeds.
