  • 2 cups of Porto’s (white beans)
  • 1/2 onion diced
  • 3 tablespoons coriander
  • 5 lettuce leaves
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Lemon-juice

How to make Bean Salad with Lettuce:

The beans are soaked from 1 day to another. The soaking water is discarded and they are cooked with cold water and salt. When they are cooked, drain and let cool.
