Avocado and Onion Salad Recipe

A refreshing little salad full of flavor… because sometimes not everything is going to be green in diets, so if we add a little color to a simple salad, we plate it gracefully and dress it with love… it is eaten better, don’t you think?

Ingredients to make Avocado and Onion Salad:

  • 1 unit of Avocado
  • 1 unit of white onion
  • 1 unit of Tomato
  • 1 handful of lettuce
  • ½ unit of Lemon (juice)
  • 1 jet of olive oil
  • 1 splash of white vinegar
  • 1 pinch of salt

How to make Avocado and Onion Salad:

Prepare all the ingredients for this light salad. Chop the onion into rings, julienne the tomato and the lettuce into strips. Cut the avocado into slices.

To make the vinaigrette, mix a generous stream of olive oil, lemon juice, white vinegar and a pinch of salt.

Finally, we place the vegetables in a bowl and mix well with the vinaigrette until everything is impregnated with the special dressing.

Now you can enjoy the ideal avocado and onion salad if you are on a diet and you are tired of eating the same thing.
