Ingredients to make Lemon Leek Soup:
- 1 kilo of leeks (reserving the green leaves)
- 1 liter of water
- 2 tablespoons whole meal flour or flakes
- 1 glass of milk or cream
- 1 egg
- Salt
- nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons lemon
How to make Lemon Leek Soup:
