Ingredients to make Avocado Cream:
- 2 large avocados
- 500 ml of milk
- 75 ml of liquid cream
- Juice of half a lemon
- A teaspoon of Tabasco
- chopped chives
- Salt
- ground black pepper
How to make Avocado Cream:
1.Peel and pit the avocados, mash the pulp with the lemon juice until a very creamy mass is left (you can use a blender).
2.Add the milk and continue beating.
3.Season to taste, add the Tabasco and leave to cool in the fridge until ready to serve.
4.Minutes before serving, take it out of the refrigerator, add the cream and decorate it with the chives.
5.Instead of chives, I put cooked and peeled prawns as decoration.
