- 400 grams of wild asparagus.
- 4 cloves of garlic.

- 4 tablespoons of virgin olive oil.
- 4 eggs.
- 1 ½ liters of water.
How to make Asparagus Soup:
1.Wash the asparagus and chop the tender part very finely, almost like a purée.
