Ingredients to make asparagus gazpacho:
- Asparagus
- 1 egg per diner
- Garlic
- Salt
- Vinegar
- Oil
- Water
How to make asparagus gazpacho:
1. Chop a bunch of asparagus and fry them. Boil one egg per person.
2.In the mixer bowl put: a chopped garlic, salt, vinegar, oil, the fried asparagus, the yolks of the hard-boiled eggs and water.
3.Pass it all through the blender and the gazpacho is done.
4.When serving on the plates, add some thinly sliced French fries to each plate. Serve fresh. I hope you like it.
