Ingredients to make Chickpea And Dill Soup:
- 200 g chickpeas
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 celery stalk with leaves
- 5 dill leaves
- 250 g natural crushed tomato
- Salt
- Pepper
- 4 slices of toasted bread
- 2 cloves of garlic
How to make CHICKPEA AND DILL SOUP:
- Soak the chickpeas overnight in a bowl of water to soften them.
- Peel and chop the garlics. Clean and julienne the celery. Chop the dill.
- Step 2 Cook the chickpeas in a pot with a bottom of salted water until they are tender.
- Drain, leaving the liquid aside.
- Blend half the chickpeas with a part of the broth and set aside. Leave some chickpeas without crushing.
- Step 3 Sauté the vegetables and add the tomato, add to the soup, serve with the whole chickpeas and toasted bread.
