Ingredients to make Carrot Soup:
- 1 kilogram of Carrot
- 100 grams of flour
- 100 grams of butter
- 2 units of Onion
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of fruit vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1 liter of concentrated broth
How to make Carrot Soup:
- Scrape the carrots and cook them with the water and meat broth.
- When the carrots are tender, drain the water and cut them into thin slices.
- Apart we cut the onion and brown it in a pan with the oil, when the onion is transparent we add the carrots.
- In a cauldron, melt the butter and then add the flour to lightly toast it.
- Add the water from cooking the carrots. Then we pass it through the blender until everything is well liquefied.
- Finally add the vinegar and sugar and let it boil for about 5 minutes.
- Apart we cut the onion and brown it in a pan with the oil, when the onion is transparent we add the carrots.
- In a cauldron, melt the butter and then add the flour to lightly toast it.
- Add the water from cooking the carrots.
- Then we pass it through the blender until everything is well liquefied.
