Preparation
- Wash all the fruits very well.

- Add inside the bowl: mango pulp, sugar, condensed milk and a pinch of salt. Reserve this mixture.

For the mousse:
- 500 ml of cream
- 200g white chocolate
- 1 sheet of gelatin
For the express crumble:
- 50 g almonds (ground)
- 150g biscuits (crushed)
- 125g brown sugar

For decoration:
- 100g dark chocolate
- 12 strawberries
- Mint leaves
Preparation
For the mousse:
- Hydrate the gelatin with cold water.
- Prepare a water bath and pour 100 ml of liquid cream into a saucepan. Let it warm up.
- Add the chopped white chocolate and stir until completely melted.
- Add the gelatin and continue stirring, until you get a homogeneous cream.
- Let it cool to room temperature and reserve.
- Whip the remaining cream (400 ml).
- Mix the whipped cream with the reserved preparation. Integrate both, using enveloping movements.
- Let rest, until it acquires body.
For the crumble:
- Crush the cookies without turning them into powder.
- Mix them with the crushed almonds, the brown sugar and the butter until you see that they become consistent crumbs. Booking.
For decoration:
- Melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie.
- Cut the strawberries in half, vertically.

- 200 ml condensed milk
- 200 ml evaporated milk

- 400 g of forest fruits (fresh or in syrup)
- 1 can of peach or peach in syrup
- 450g yogurt

- 50g grated coconut
- 100 g of almonds (or any dried fruit)
- 400 g of marshmallows (clouds or marshmallow)
Elaboration
- Drain peach in syrup, reserving syrup and fruit separately.
