With this recipe we will learn to prepare two delicious quick and easy tapas. Some tartlets with tuna and surimi sticks and a smoked cod cover, perfect to serve at meetings or to nibble on with a good wine.

  • 1 package of Tartlets
  • 1 can of tuna in oil
  • 4 units of Surimi (crab wings)
  • 1 tablespoon of Ketchup Sauce
  • 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • 1 package of sliced ​​bread
  • 1 package of smoked cod

How to make Seafood Stuffed Tartlets:

1.The first step in preparing these delicious seafood tapas will be to julienne the crab sticks.

2.Next, we drain all the oil from the can of tuna and add the ketchup. Mix with a fork and crush the tuna until it forms a uniform paste.

3.Add the mayonnaise and continue to mash everything together to make a paste. It is important to do this step with a fork and not with the blender, since we would be left with a very liquid mixture and the idea is to feel the texture of the tuna in each bite of the seafood tartlets.

4.As we buy the tartlets ready-made, it doesn’t take long to prepare this exquisite snack. We fill with the tuna paste and put a little surimi on top to decorate and give our tapas a gourmet look.

5.To make the cover with smoked cod, first we must cut the bread with a pastry cutter and toast it a little with the oven grill.

6.Then, we put a layer of mayonnaise on the toasted bread and a few slices of smoked cod on top.
