Ingredients to make Steak Wrap:
- 6 pieces of Tortilla for wrap
- 400 grams of flank steak
- 1 piece of onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 pieces of tomato
- 1 piece of Cucumber
- 6 lettuce leaves
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 1 pinch of salt and pepper
How to make Steak Wrap:
- The first step in making flank steak wraps is to wash and disinfect the vegetables. Once the vegetables are clean, cut the onion into halves. We will finely chop one half together with the garlic, we also chop the flank steak into strips to make the filling for the wraps.
- Apart, we will cut the cucumber, tomato and the other half of the onion into slices and reserve for the moment of serving.
- Heat a frying pan with olive oil and sauté the onion and garlic over medium heat that we reserve for the filling.
