Ingredients to make Spicy Mexican Bombas:

  • 400 grams of Potato
  • 100 grams of onion
  • 2 pieces of Egg
  • 200 grams of ground beef
  • 1 sprig of parsley
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 80 grams of red pepper
  • 150 grams of ground bread
  • 30 grams of Serrano chili
  • 2 tablespoons of Catsup or Ketchup
  • 1 drop of Tabasco sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt and pepper
  • 3 tablespoons of butter or margarine
  • 100 grams of wheat flour
  • 1 liter of vegetable oil

How to make Spicy Mexican Bombas:

1.Before preparing this Mexican dish we must have all our utensils at hand and our ingredients well washed, chopped, weighed, etc.

2.The first step to making spicy Mexican bombs is to peel the potatoes and cook them with water to cover and a little salt.

3.Finely chop the onion, garlic, parsley, pepper and chilies. We booked.
