Sautéed mushrooms with ham recipe

If you like mushrooms this easy recipe is for you. It is a sautéed mushroom with ham that you can enjoy just like that for breakfast or it will serve to accompany more complete dishes such as pasta, an omelet or some eggs.

Ingredients to make Sautéed Mushrooms with Ham:

  • 2 packets of sliced ​​mushrooms
  • 1 package of diced Serrano ham
  • 1 pinch of coarse salt
  • 1 bottle of Olive Oil
  • 2 slices of onion
  • 2 garlic cloves (you can also use garlic powder)
  • 1 splash of white wine
  • 1 pinch of parsley

How to make Sautéed Mushrooms with Ham:

1.Heat the oil in a large enough frying pan and when it is very hot, add the finely chopped onion and garlic to make a sauce.

2.When the garlic begins to brown, add the diced Serrano ham to the pan and sauté everything together so that the flavors mix.

3.After a couple of minutes, add all the mushrooms to the pan along with a pinch of salt and the finely chopped fresh parsley.

4.Stir everything and finish by adding a little white wine. Continue cooking for about 10 minutes until all the alcohol is consumed.

5.Enjoy the sautéed mushrooms with ham and serve it together with a few slices of toast for breakfast and a natural fruit smoothie.
