These easy bread canapés are an excellent option for a starter at a dinner with friends. From this article we propose four delicious combinations to prepare these fun and appetizing bread streamers.
Ingredients to make Bread Rolls for appetizers:
- 2 slices of Tramezzini bread
- 3 units of dried tomato
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 slices of cooked ham
- 1 tablespoon of blue cheese
- ½ unit of Avocado
- 1 tablespoon grated cheese
- 1 slice of smoked salmon
- 1 tablespoon of fresh cheese
How to make Bread Rolls for appetizers:
1.To prepare the easy bread rolls we use the so-called pan tramezzini, which is an elongated sliced bread made from flour and milk. You can find them in many supermarkets, and otherwise you can use sliced bread without the crust, joining two slices by flattening them one on top of the other with the help of a rolling pin. The filling of the appetizers is varied, but keep in mind that one of the two ingredients always has to be a cream type, to spread it well. Very little of each ingredient is used.
2.We place the most solid ingredient, in slices or pieces, on the inside of the roll, occupying a third of the bread in the elongated direction. Here we use dry tomato combined with olive oil, which will be the cream-type ingredient. On the left the tomato, on the right the olive oil, spread evenly and in small quantities.
3.Another example: salmon with Philadelphia type fresh cheese. The salmon on the left, taking up a third of the slice of bread, the rest covered in fresh cheese. The other combinations that we propose are made up of avocado and grated cheese on the one hand, and cooked ham and blue cheese on the other.
4.Roll up the bread streamers starting from the left side, that is, in the marked examples we start rolling up the dried tomato in the first case and the salmon in the second. In this way these ingredients remain inside the roll.
5.Wrap the bread rolls for hors d’oeuvres in aluminum foil and put them in the fridge for about 10 minutes.
6.When removing them, we only have to cut them into slices a little more than a centimeter thick. Use a very sharp knife for this operation, to prevent the coil from disassembling. We arrange the bread canapés on a plate and serve them immediately.
