Eggplant Stew Recipe with meat
Ingredients to make eggplant stew with meat:
- 750 gr of beef in pieces

- 1/4 liter of fried tomato
- 3 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 glass of water
- 1 medium onion
- 1 green bell pepper
- Salt
- Oregano
- Basil
- 250 gr of cooked green beans
- 1 sliced aborigine
- 250 gr of grated cheese
How to make eggplant stew with meat:
Brown the meat in oil.

Then add the tomato, tomato paste, water, onion, chopped pepper, salt, oregano and basil.
Sauté everything, with the pan covered, over low heat for 30 minutes.
