Dogfish Casserole Recipe
Ingredients to make canon de canon:
- 800 grams dog fish
- 4 green onions
- 400 grams mussels
- 1 red bell pepper
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 glass of tomato sauce
- chopped parsley
- a few strands of saffron
- Oil
- Salt
- Toilet
- flower
How to make Dogfish Casserole:
Chop the green onions and bell pepper.
Cut the garlic into slices.
In a pan with oil, sauté the vegetables and season.
Add the saffron and fry for a few minutes.
Season.
Add the mussels to the pan with the tomato sauce and a little water.
Cook until mussels open.
Meanwhile, chop the dogfish and flour.
Heat a little oil in a frying pan and fry the pieces of fish back and forth.
Put the fried dogfish in the pan and cook for a few more minutes.
Decorate with chopped parsley.
It serves.
It is a species typical of the Southern Hemisphere.
In Uruguay it is called vitamin shark or glass trunk, and in Brazil cacao or bio de crystal.
It is distinguished from other species of the genus such as the gauze and the pigeon by the type of teeth: in the dogfish there are several rows, of which only one is functional, as in most sharks.
