How to make Chorizo ​​and Cheese Empanadas:

1 Our first step to make the recipe for homemade empanadas is to pre-list the ingredients. For the dough you have different options:

2 Cut the chorizo ​​into small squares as shown in the photograph, bring a pan to medium heat and sauté the chorizo. Once sautéed reserve in a separate bowl.

3 Blend the tomato and onions until you obtain a puree with these ingredients. In the same pan where we sauté the chorizo, add the vegetable puree.

13 Bring a pan to the fire with enough oil to fry our empanadas. Fry until golden on the outside.

14 Remove the empanadas to a plate with absorbent paper to remove excess fat.
