Ingredients to make pork rind tacos:

  • 300 grams of Pork rinds
  • 1 piece of avocado
  • 1 piece of onion
  • 3 pieces of tomato
  • 1 sprig of Coriander
  • 10 pieces of corn tortilla
  • 1 bottle of green sauce
  • 1 piece of Lemon
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of oregano

How to make pork rind tacos:

1 The first step to cook homemade pork rind tacos is to put all our ingredients and utensils at hand, in this way we will facilitate its preparation.

2 We start by washing the onion, avocado, lemon, tomato and disinfecting the cilantro. Remove the pulp from the avocado and place in a bowl.

3 Then finely chop the vegetables and place in the same bowl as the avocado, along with the juice of one lemon, half a teaspoon of ground oregano and a pinch of salt. We reserve this Pico de Gallo to accompany our tacos.

4 Separately, we chop the pork rinds for our Mexican tacos.

5 Finally, we heat the tortillas and keep them covered with a clean cloth to prevent them from getting cold when serving.

6 To assemble the pork rind tacos, we place the tortillas on a plate, put a little pork rind and season with our Pico de Gallo. We recommend accompanying the tacos with green sauce, or if you want to do something different, try this rich tropical Pico de Gallo recipe.
