How to make Pork Pate:
.Our first step to make homemade pâté is to pre-list the ingredients.2.Take a deep pot over medium heat, once hot add a teaspoon of sunflower oil and add the pork ribs with salt, pepper and garlic paste to taste.
.Once the pork ribs are sautéed, add the beer and if it is not completely covered add water until covered. Add bay leaf, thyme and cook until soft.
.Now we are going to pre-list the ingredients to make the pork pate.
.In a food processor add the rib meat with the onion. It processes the ingredients of our homemade pâté very well.
.Add the fresh parsley and process again as you see in the photograph. What we want is to get that consistency with the pork.
.Take the mixture of our homemade pâté to a bowl and add the mayonnaise, oregano and bbq sauce. Mix all ingredients well. You can buy this type of meat sauce at any supermarket or make it yourself following the barbecue sauce recipe.
Tip: Remember that if you don’t like mayonnaise you can use spreadable cream cheese.
.The ideal is to obtain a creamy and unctuous consistency as seen in the photograph. Rectify flavor and add a pinch of salt, black pepper and garlic paste.
.Take our pork pâté to the mold where we are going to serve, the ideal is to give it a uniform shape on top with a spreader and keep it in the fridge or refrigerator until serving time.
.Take our pork pâté out of the fridge and serve with mini toasted bread or sticks. This recipe is totally original, different and delicious! And if you want to surprise your guests even more, you can accompany it with dried tomato pate or avocado and cheese pate.
