How to make Pomfret Canapé and Garlic Gualas:

1.The prawns are peeled and sautéed with oil and garlic when they are thick, add paprika and reserve.

2.Brown the garlic and a chili pepper, add the eels and fry them once they are done, reserve them, once out of the heat add the chopped pomfret.

3.We fry, with abundant and hot oil, the sliced ​​bread cut in circles, using a tie ring.

4.When everything is done, we put the fried bread on the plate, a little gluttony with pomfret, a shrimp, (a little sauce that came out from making the shrimp) and a garlic on top. Clever.
