Octopus and fish ceviche recipe

In this recipe we will learn to make a delicious octopus ceviche with fish. It is a fresh dish and very easy to make, ideal for a hot day. We will accompany this octopus and fish ceviche with onion and red pepper. It is a recipe a little out of the traditional but we assure you that you will love it!

Ingredients to make octopus and fish ceviche:

  • 1 white fish fillet
  • 200 grams of Octopus
  • 50 grams of red pepper
  • 50 grams of red onion
  • 1 tablespoon of coriander
  • 3 units of Lemon
  • 1 dash of Tabasco chili
  • 100 grams of Lettuce
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper

How to make octopus and fish ceviche:

1.Before making this recipe, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready.

2.In a bowl add the fish cut into small cubes and mix with the lemon juice. Refrigerate for 20 minutes until the fish is cooked with the lemon and its color changes to white.

3.After this time, it is time to add the octopus previously cooked in boiling water for 10 minutes, mix everything very well and refrigerate for 10 more minutes. If you have doubts about how to cook the octopus, you can buy it already cooked or check the recipe for cooked octopus.

4.Add the finely chopped coriander, the onion cut into feathers and the pepper in strips. Mix all the ingredients for the ceviche and also add a little tabasco chili and season to taste.
