Ingredients to make Mushrooms Stuffed with Meat:

  • 30 units of Mushrooms
  • 3 units of Tomato
  • 2 units of chives
  • 250 grams of ground meat
  • 1 dessert spoon of dried thyme
  • 1 dessert spoon of garlic paste
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper

How to make Meat Stuffed Mushrooms:

1.To start making our recipe for mushrooms stuffed with meat, the first step is to pre-list all the ingredients. Garlic paste is nothing more than a preparation of crushed garlic with oil that you can make yourself or buy at any supermarket.

2.Bring a pan to medium heat, add the tomato and onion with a little oil. Add salt and pepper.

3.Add the meat, salt, pepper and garlic to taste.

4.With the help of a spoon, remove the trunk and a little of the stuffing from the mushrooms. You should only have the slightly empty shells as it appears in the photo to make our mushrooms stuffed with meat.

5.Add the rest of the mushrooms, the trunk and the pulp that has been removed from the hulls and add it to the meat sauce with a little dried thyme to taste. Sauté well for a few minutes.

6.Once the sauce is finished, turn off the heat and reserve the meat filling for the mushrooms in a separate container.

7.Meanwhile, in a frying pan with a little butter, fry the cleaned mushroom casings that we have reserved previously. Place the mushrooms as they appear in the photo and brown them in the pan for approximately 3 to 5 minutes.

8.Remove the mushrooms to the plate where we are going to serve them. Then go adding the filling with the help of a small spoon. Don’t try to stuff them too much because they can break.

9.Serve the meat stuffed mushrooms as a starter and you can garnish the dish with a little sprinkle of dried thyme. Bon Appetite!
