- 2 cloves of garlic
- 200ml white wine
- 100ml heavy cream
- 40g butter
- 1 bay leaf

How to make Mushrooms in White Wine Sauce:
1.Before making this recipe, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready.
2.In a pan add the butter and a little oil, add the finely chopped garlic and cook over very low heat, stirring constantly to prevent it from burning.
3.It is time to add the white wine, raise the heat and cook until the wine reduces by half.
4.Add the milk cream, the bay leaf, mix and cook for 10 minutes, over medium heat until the sauce has a slightly thick consistency.
5.Finally add the mushrooms previously sautéed in butter and mix everything very well, rectify flavor with salt and pepper.
6.On this occasion I served the mushrooms in a white wine sauce with a delicious short pasta, it is also an excellent accompaniment to a grilled beef tenderloin.
