Ingredients to make Mushrooms gratin with cheese:

  • 300 grams of mushrooms
  • 30 grams of Parmesan cheese
  • 30 grams of semi-cured cheese
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of ground black pepper
  • 1 pinch of Nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

How to make Mushrooms Gratin with Cheese:

1.To make the mushroom gratin with cheese, we gather all the ingredients.

2.In a frying pan, sauté the whole garlic with two tablespoons of olive oil. They can also be sliced.

3.Add the mushrooms that are already chopped and cleaned. We have used chanterelles, but other mushrooms can be used.

4.Season the mushrooms with salt, pepper and a pinch of nutmeg. If you feel like it, you can add some aromatic herbs such as oregano, thyme and rosemary. Cook the mushrooms for five minutes over high heat.

5.We grate the cheeses. This recipe supports other soft cheeses such as Gruyere, mozzarella or cheddar.

6.Put the mushrooms in the oven, select the gratin option and let them brown.
