For a few years now, the Halloween party has been breaking into Spain with force and thanks to the little ones in the house it is becoming popular and more and more people are signing up to spend a scary night!

The Day of the Dead trend even includes the food and drinks that are served at parties, so in this article we will learn how to prepare some Halloween tombs made with chocolate custard and Oreo cookies, which are terrifying!

Ingredients to make Chocolate Custard for Halloween:

  • 1 liter of whole milk
  • 200 grams of dark chocolate
  • 60 grams of cornmeal (½ cup)
  • 60 grams of white sugar
  • 8 Oreo cookies
  • Worm-shaped jelly beans

How to make Chocolate Custard for Halloween:

  1. In a casser with a rolling pin) and sprinkle the surface irregularly so that it looks like freshly remov
  2. ole we put the milk and the chopped chocolateand put them over medium heat (5 on my induction hob that reaches up to nine) and we stir from time to time with the help of some manual rods (or a spatula, whatever you have).

  4. Meanwhile, in a bowl we put the cornmeal, sugar and egg yolks and stir until there is a homogeneous mass without lumps (especially from cornmeal).
  5. It may seem impossible, but I assure you that before you know it, you will have everything integrated.
  6. Trick: If you think it might cost you, reserve about 100 ml of milk and instead of putting it in the casserole, put it together with the sugar and eggs and it will be easier to mix the ingredients.
  7. When the chocolate is melted and the milk is about to boil, remove the pan from the heat and gradually add the mixtureof eggs, sugar and flour, in a continuous stream, while stirring.
  8. When we have poured it all, we put the casserole back on the fire and we put a medium fire pulling low and constant!
  9. It is essential not to subject the homemade custard to temperature changes to curdle them because they will end up cut.
  10. Trick: I also put 5 on my induction hob that reaches 9 and I have never had any problem.
  11. Once on the fire, we stir the custard for Halloween continuously (so we prevent them from breaking to a boil because they would end up cutting and also from burning) until we see that the chocolate custard begins to thicken.
  12. The time will depend on each plate and each casserole (because they distribute the heat differently), but it will range between 5 and 15 minutesat most.
  13. Pour the chocolate custard for Halloween into the little glasses or bowls in which we are going to present them, let them warm up, cover and store them in the fridge.
  14. When we are going to serve them, we chop the Oreo cookies (cream included) until they are reduced to powder (with the chopper or
