Loin and pineapple skewers recipe

To make these delicious brochettes we use beef tenderloin, a meat that is characterized by being very tender and with great taste. Likewise, the secret ingredient of these loin skewers is the sweet and sour touch provided by the pineapple flavor. Follow this easy recipe and prepare an original and different dish and, as a closing, a bath of chimichurri, perfect to share with the family.

Ingredients to make loin and pineapple skewers:

  • 200 grams of beef tenderloin
  • 100 grams of pineapple
  • 15 grams of Parsley
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 5 grams of oregano
  • 50 milliliters of sunflower oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper

How to make Loin and Pineapple Skewers:

1.Before making this recipe, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready.

2.Cut the pineapple and the beef tenderloin into equal pieces and insert them on the skewers, interspersing them one with the other, season with salt and pepper.

3.To make the chimichurri add the finely chopped parsley and garlic, dried oregano, sunflower oil, salt and pepper to a bowl, mix everything very well.

4.Cover the skewers with the chimichurri. Grill to seal and then bake at 180ºC for 10 minutes.

5.Serve and enjoy the loin and pineapple skewers, perfect to eat at dinner time and for a Sunday lunch accompanied with fried yucca and a potato and egg salad.
