Ingredients to make Fine Clams in La Sidra.:
- For 4 people:
- 1 kg. clam (fine)
- 1 pc. spring onion (tender and large)
- 2 units Garlic
- 1 glass brandy
- 1/2 bottle cider
- 1 tablespoon flour
- lemon rind
- orange rind
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 glass liquid cream
How to make Fine Clams in La Sidra.:
- Sauté and brown the garlic cloves and spring onions in olive oil, add the flour and drizzle a little, add the clams, flambé them with brandy and drizzle with the cider, add the liquid cream and let the clams open, serve a once the clams have opened.
