Ingredients to make Easy Garlic Shrimp:
- 1 kilogram of peeled and clean shrimp
- 25 large garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 150 grams of olive oil
How to make Easy Garlic Shrimp:
- In a food processor or blender, place 20 peeled garlic cloves, salt and pepper to start preparing the garlic shrimp sauce.
- Separately, chop the remaining five garlic cloves into large pieces and reserve them. Take a medium bowl, add the peeled shrimp and the crushed garlic. Stir well to continue with the recipe. Cover the bowl and reserve it in the refrigerator for three to five hours.
- After the time has elapsed, take a frying pan, add oil and put it on high heat. When it is hot, lower the temperature and sauté the minced garlic that you had reserved for five minutes.
- Add the shrimp with the garlic marinade and fry, uncovered, until all the liquid released from the shellfish has evaporated and the shrimp are golden brown.
- Serve the garlic shrimp in clay pots if you have one and sprinkle chopped parsley on top. Ready!
