Ingredients to make Chocolate and Coconut Balls:

  • 100 grams of chocolate
  • 300 grams of Philadelphia type cream cheese
  • 200 grams of grated coconut (2 cups)
  • 100 grams of icing sugar
  • 60 grams of ground almond

How to make Chocolate and Coconut Balls:

  1. First we melt the chopped chocolatein the microwave in a large bowl.
  2. Add the cream cheese, 175 grams of grated coconut and 50 g of ground almonds.
  3. Mix first with a spatula and finish with your hands until the dough is compact and does not stick excessively.
  4. We are taking bits of mixture and form the not very large chocolate and coconut balls.
  5. Mix 25 grams of grated coconut and the remaining 10 grams of ground almonds. We cover the balls with this mixture.
  6. Reserve in the fridgeuntil serving time.
  7. We already have our sweet whim for any time of the day.
  8. As you can see, making chocolate and coconut ballsis very easy and fast, and the result is spectacular.
