Ingredients to make Cheesecake with Thermomix:

  • 6 eggs
  • 600 grams of cream cheese

How to make Cheesecake with Thermomix:

  2. Then crush the cookies with the Thermomix programming 5 seconds with speed 7-9.
  3. Our recommendation is to use Digestive biscuits, but if you don’t have one, you can use the classic Maria biscuits.
  4. Add the butter in the glass and activate the temperature at 80º with speed 3 for 5 minutes.
  5. To get the mixture to be homogeneous, you must stop the Thermomix a couple of times and help mix everything with the spatula.
  6. Trick:If you want, you can add the almonds in this step to give an extra touch of flavor to the cheesecake base.
  7. Spread the cookie dough over a 24-centimeter diameter mold. Use your hands to cover the entire base of the mold and halfway up the walls.
