  1. To make our cheese and lemon frosting,we are going to start by pouring the butter into a bowl.
  2. Beat for 3 minutes at medium speed, until obtaining a smooth and homogeneous cream of light color.
  3. Add the cream cheesespread to the butter mixture.
  4. Beat for 2 minutes until our homemade frosting takes shape and looks like a cream.
  5. Add the powdered sugarlittle by little along with the lemon juice to give that touch of flavor and perfume the mixture.
  6. Beat the cheese frosting for 2 minutes by hand with a fork or whisk until all the ingredients are integrated.
  7. Tip: If you want to make a frosting of another flavor, you can add vanilla essence, orange juice, tangerine, etc.
  8. Add the lemon zestand mix by hand with a spoon or spatula for a few seconds to integrate it into our cheese and lemon frosting.
  9. Tip: If you really like lemon or intense flavors, you can choose to add more lemon zest, do not add more juice, otherwise the frosting will be very runny.
