- 2 cuttlefish
- 4 potatoes
- 1 piece of green pepper
- 1 medium onion
- 4 tablespoons dried tomato
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika

- Clean and cut the cuttlefish into pieces of the desired size.
- We put a casserole with a little oil and, when it is hot, we add the sepia and we sauté it. Remove and reserve to continue preparing the sepia with potatoes recipe.
- In the same pan add a little more oil. Chop the onion and green pepper into small pieces and add them to the pot. We let these ingredients poach and when we see that the onion is transparent, we add the tablespoons of fried tomato. We remove.
- Trick: Instead of fried tomato you can use two chopped natural tomatoes.
- Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into pieces. In order for the cuttlefish stew with potatoes to cook evenly, it is important that the potato pieces are as similar as possible.
- Add the potatoes to the casserole with the sauce, stir everything together and add the cuttlefish. Let the cuttlefish and potatoes cook for a minute, stirring constantly, and add the teaspoon of paprika. We remove everything again.
- Cover the cuttlefish with potatoes with water or fish broth and add a little salt. It is important that the chosen liquid completely covers all the ingredients. Let the stew cook until the tender potatoes remain. We tasted salt and rectified if necessary. We turn off and serve the stewed cuttlefish with potatoes!
