Ingredients to make Cuban Shrimp:
- 1 kilogram of shrimp
- 1 can of bell peppers
- 1 can of tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 bunch of Parsley
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 unit of large chili
- 1 large onion unit
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar
- ½ cup of dry wine
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of Pepper
- 1 bay leaf
How to make Cuban Shrimp:
- To start preparing the Cuban-style shrimp we will make the stir-fry. To do this, pour a little oil in a pan and add the shrimp, previously washed, and cook over medium heat until they turn pink.
- Then add the crushed garlic, the finely chopped onion and the ground chili pepper, mix everything well and let the ingredients release the flavors. After a few minutes, add the rest of the ingredients for this delicious Cuban dish.
- Let the Cuban shrimp simmer for about 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Taste the seasoning and correct if necessary. Serve hot and accompany with white rice and some plantain plantains or a green salad.
