Cuban Shrimp Recipe

Ingredients to make Cuban Shrimp:

  • 1 kilogram of shrimp
  • 1 can of bell peppers
  • 1 can of tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 bunch of Parsley
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 unit of large chili
  • 1 large onion unit
  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar
  • ½ cup of dry wine
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of Pepper
  • 1 bay leaf

How to make Cuban Shrimp:

  1. To start preparing the Cuban-style shrimp we will make the stir-fry. To do this, pour a little oil in a pan and add the shrimp, previously washed, and cook over medium heat until they turn pink.
  2. Then add the crushed garlic, the finely chopped onion and the ground chili pepper, mix everything well and let the ingredients release the flavors. After a few minutes, add the rest of the ingredients for this delicious Cuban dish.
  3. Let the Cuban shrimp simmer for about 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Taste the seasoning and correct if necessary. Serve hot and accompany with white rice and some plantain plantains or a green salad.
