Ingredients to make Norway lobster with papaya and mango sauce:
- 1 papaya
- 1 kilo of large langoustines
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 lemon
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of ginger
- 1 handle
How to make Norway lobster with papaya and mango sauce:
- For the sauce, mix the papaya, mango and a little grated ginger.
- Add a pinch of salt, a little oil and a few drops of lemon until a homogeneous sauce is obtained.
- Put the langoustines in a pot of boiling water for about 10 minutes, once boiled, remove the outer part and cut into small pieces.
- Put on a plate and pour the sauce on top
- Garnish with lemon wedges and papaya.
