Ingredients to make Crab Salpicon:
- 200 grams of Russian crab meat
- ¼ fresh spring onion
- ¼ green bell pepper
- ¼ red bell pepper
- 8 asparagus tips
- some lettuce leaves
- 50 grams of mayonnaise
- 6 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
How to make Crab Salpicon:
- Chop the meat of the Russian crab and reserve.
- Prepare the mayonnaise and add four tablespoons of very fine tomato sauce, as well as a finely chopped julienne lettuce.
- Chop the fresh spring onion, red pepper and green pepper into small squares and combine with the crab and the asparagus tips.
- We distribute the prepared compound in bowls or in special cups if any.
- We introduce a mayonnaise base with julienned lettuce and on it the crab salad seasoned with olive oil and apple cider vinegar.
