Ingredients to make Banana Cups:

  • 4 Bananas
  • 2 tablespoons of corn starch
  • 500 milliliters of milk
  • 150 grams of Sugar (¾ cup)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 Cup (for decoration)
  • 1 handful of chocolate noodles (decoration)

How to make Banana Cups:

  1. In order to start preparing this banana dessert, the first thing to do is separate the egg whites from the yolks.
  2. Then, place the yolks in a bowl, beat them well and add the sugar and cornstarch, stirring constantly so that it mixes correctly.
  3. Put the milk in a saucepan and heat iton the fire.
  4. Then add the beaten egg yolks and continue cooking the dessert, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
  5. Remove the saucepan from the heat and allow it to cool.
  6. While the previous preparation is cooling, beat the egg whites until stiffand add them to the cream when it is already cold.
  7. Distribute the cream obtained in the different glasses very carefully.
  8. Peel the bananas, cut them into thin slices and distribute them among the four glasses.
  9. Finally, sprinkle on each of them the chocolate noodles.
  10. Ready! You can now serve the banana cupsand enjoy this delicious and simple dessert.
