Ingredients to make Tequila Shrimp:
- 6 units of Shrimp
- 1 glass of tequila
- 1 teaspoon of Parsley
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 splash of olive oil
- 1 unit of Lemon
- 1 pinch of Pepper
- 1 pinch of salt
How to make Tequila Shrimp:
- Before making this Mexican recipe, the first step is to prepare all the ingredients.
- To sauté the shrimp, in a frying pan with olive oil, add the previously seasoned shrimp and cook for 3 minutes
- Add the finely minced garlic and sauté for another two minutes. Add a few drops of lemon on the shrimp.
- Add the tequila and stir a little. Cook over low heat until the alcohol has completely evaporated. For this recipe we recommend using the traditional golden colored tequila.
- Serve the shrimp in tequila and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley. Remember to accompany it with toasted bread or corn tortillas.
