- 4 apples
- 95 grams of white sugar
- 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
- 80 milliliters of Soy drink
- 100 grams of rice flour
- 70 grams of cornmeal
- 1 dessert spoon gluten-free baking powder
- 100 milliliters of olive oil
- 1 dessert spoon of Cinnamon powder
- 1 dessert spoon of vanilla essence
How to make gluten-free and lactose-free apple pie:
- We gather all the ingredients to prepare the gluten-free and lactose-free apple pie. In this recipe we have to peel the apples, grate two of them with the help of a grater and cut the other two apples into small pieces in the shape of a crescent.
- To prepare this easy apple pie without milk, we mix the eggs with the sugar in a bowl and stir well with a whisk.
