This time we have prepared a gluten-free apple pie that has nothing to envy to any other traditional one. This gluten-free and lactose-free apple cake recipe is easy to make and has spectacular results.

Ingredients to make gluten-free and lactose-free apple pie:

  • 2 eggs
  • 4 apples
  • 95 grams of white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
  • 80 milliliters of Soy drink
  • 100 grams of rice flour
  • 70 grams of cornmeal
  • 1 dessert spoon gluten-free baking powder
  • 100 milliliters of olive oil
  • 1 dessert spoon of Cinnamon powder
  • 1 dessert spoon of vanilla essence

How to make gluten-free and lactose-free apple pie:

  1. We gather all the ingredients to prepare the gluten-free and lactose-free apple pie. In this recipe we have to peel the apples, grate two of them with the help of a grater and cut the other two apples into small pieces in the shape of a crescent.
  2. To prepare this easy apple pie without milk, we mix the eggs with the sugar in a bowl and stir well with a whisk.
  3. Add the olive oil, the soy drink, the vanilla essence and the grated apples. Meanwhile, we preheat the oven to 180 ºC with the heat above and below.
  4. Tip: You can also replace the soy drink with an oat or almond drink.
  5. It is time to add the dry and sifted ingredients. Add the flours (rice and corn), the yeast and the cinnamon. We mix well with the rods
  6. Pour the gluten-free and lactose-free apple cake dough into a round mold and place the pieces of the fruit that we have previously cut in the shape of a crescent on top. Sprinkle the brown sugar on top and put it in the oven at 180ºC for 40 minutes.
